We recently attended the ConnectHear Career Fair for Persons with Disabilities representing MG Apparel.

One of the most valuable parts of the event was meeting individuals from different backgrounds, hearing their experiences, and having honest conversations around work, accessibility, and opportunity. We connected with many talented candidates throughout the day and were reminded how important it is to create workplaces where people feel supported, seen, and able to contribute with confidence.

Experiences like these continue to shape how we think about accessibility, opportunity, and the kind of workplace culture we want to build.

This month’s focus is Raspberry Indigo, a deep, inky shade with a soft, velvety finish. Rich in tone and balanced in depth, it moves easily across styles, from everyday wear to more defined pieces.

Developed with careful control across our dyeing processes, the color remains consistent while maintaining fabric quality and feel. It’s designed to hold its depth over time, not just in appearance, but in performance.
