The Pakistan Pharmacists Association (PPA) is Pakistan's national body for pharmacists, focused on elevating the profession by promoting high ethical standards, enhancing pharmacists' image as crucial healthcare providers, supporting pharmaceutical education, ensuring only qualified individuals get licenses, and advocating for patient safety and rights, ultimately aiming to improve public health and professional development in Pakistan.

Capacity building for university teachers involves developing their skills and knowledge through continuous professional development (CPD) to adapt to changing educational needs. Key components include enhancing teaching methodologies, research skills, and the use of technology, as well as improving personal and professional competencies like communication, classroom management, and mentorship. Universities can facilitate this through formal programs and by fostering an environment for lifelong learning.
