Role Description:
Optimize Solutions, based in Gulgasht Colony, Multan, is seeking an experienced Upwork Bidder for an on-site position. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of successful bidding on Upwork, a comprehensive understanding of the Upwork platform, and a basic familiarity with Amazon.

Responsibilities:
-Craft compelling proposals on Upwork.
-Engage with clients to understand their needs and tailor proposals accordingly.
-Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for proposals.
-Monitor Upwork trends and competition to refine bidding strategies.
-Maintain a strong Upwork profile and positive client relationships.

Qualifications
-Minimum 1 year of successful Upwork bidding experience.
-Thorough understanding of the Upwork platform.
-Basic knowledge of Amazon.
-Proficient in English communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Able to understand clients’ requirements and deliver within a given time frame.
-Excellent time-management skills and the ability to multitask and problem-solving.
-Strong analytical and organizational skills.
