Again my next Recipe, leg of lamb. Steam roasted.

My Recipe is...
1.50 Leg of Lamb
Salt
Black Peppercorns 12 to 15 pcs
White Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon Stick 4
Green chillies ( Cut into 2 pcs) 8 to 9 or as per your taste
Cloves 5 to 7 pcs
Vinegar 1 cup and Water 2 litre
Lemon Juice 5 to 6
Fully lemon with squeezed 3 pcs
Cardamon 6 to 7 pcs
Brown Sugar 2 tbsp
Garlic Cloves 7 to 8 pcs, Ginger 2inch piece
Garlic Powder 1TBSP

Add All ingredients put into water and add Leg of lamb. Then leave it for 1 or 2 nights.
Cook in low heat and turn it after 1 hour turned one side
After the steam,... drizzle some butter and tamarind on both sides and serve it.
