Under the Ba-Ikhtiyar Program, women are not only learning new skills but also turning their dreams into reality. Through the joint initiative of PTCL and PPAF, FDO is creating new pathways of skills, confidence, and self-reliance for women in Bahawalpur and Dera Ghazi Khan. These women are now taking steps toward financial independence and sustainable livelihoods.
