International Master Shahzad Mirza is no more.
He had a wonderful chess career after becoming Pakistan Chess Champion in 1980 & 1997. He earned the Title of FIDE Master in 1981. Then he represented Pakistan and won 1983 Asian C/ship Won Gold Medal. He went on to win Title of International Master 1985.
1980 - 2014, Represent Pakistan in nine (9) Chess Olympiads.
1991 - 1999 Secretary General Chess Federation of Pakistan.
A genius Chess player and great human being....
May his soul rest in heaven. Ameen

Multan District Chess Championship is going to be held on Sunday 8th March 2015:
Venue: Multan sports ground Kalma Chowk
Entry fees: FREE
Cash prizes: 1st= Rs 7000, 2nd = 5000, 3rd = 3000, 4-8 = 1000 each, 9-18 = 500 each
Lunch/Refreshment FREE for all
