Uptill now it was being done manually,usually with a shovel etc.Manual raking is time intensive,requires more labor and less effective which affects the chicken health,weight of the bird and overall FCR. Hope Genomics(PVT)Ltd saw the plight of poultry farmers and started designing a poultry raking machine.We visited countless poultry farms to get the in-depth knowledge of raking and its importance in farming.The company designed and manufactured a total of 10 prototypes of raking machine ,each with new and improved mechanism.Several trials were conducted by company in various poultry farms to test the mechanism,performance and capabilities of raking machine.Each trial gave us new insights ,boasted our confidence and company finally launched the “RACKER”.Racker is Pakistan’s first and unique raking machine which is the solution of manual raking.It significantly reduces the ammonia gas level in farm,dry the litter and reduces the litter born diseases.When raking is done by RACKER,It helps to increases bird’s health,meat quality,chicken weight and FCR.A gasoline engine driven,fuel efficient,less noisy,less time and labor intensive and Eco friendly machine which can be operated by a single person.Happy Bird,Happy Farmer.
