Bringing Smiles to Children on the Occasion of Eid
As part of the Food Security & Livelihood (FSL II) Project, UFAQ Development Organization with the support of Secours Islamique France, successfully organized an Eid Gift Distribution for children residing at the Child Protection and Welfare Bureau, Multan, South Punjab - Pakistan.
A total of 108 children received Eid Gifts, bringing joy, happiness, and excitement to their Eid celebrations. The activity was conducted to ensure that vulnerable children experience the spirit of Eid and feel valued, cared for, and included in the festivities. Ms. Syeda Shafaat Zafar, Officer in charge of Child Protection and Welfare Bureau attended the event as a special guest. She checked the quality of Eid Gifs provided by UFAQ Development Organization and distributed the gifts among the children. Ms. Syeda Shafaat Zafar thanked the UFAQ Development Organization and Secours Islamique France for providing Eid Gifts to the children. She also assured her all possible support for the future.
Through this initiative, UDO reaffirmed its commitment to promoting child well-being and supporting vulnerable communities by creating meaningful moments of happiness and hope.

"Sharing the Blessings of Eid al Adha with Vulnerable Families"
On the second day of Eid-ul-Adha, under the Food Security & Livelihood (FSL II) project, UFAQ Development Organization, with the generous support of Secours Islamique France, successfully conducted an Eid-Al-Adha Food Assistance Distribution for flood affected communities belonging to union council Bahadur Pur and Depal at Royal Marque Marriage Hall, Tehsil Jalal Pur Pir Wala, District Multan.
The initiative aimed to support vulnerable and deserving families through the distribution of fresh Qurbani meat, ensuring that the blessings of Eid reached those who needed them most. A total of 500 meat packs were distributed among targeted households, while an additional 51 households were supported beyond the planned target, bringing the total number of beneficiary families reached to 551.
The distribution was organized in a structured and dignified manner to ensure transparency, accessibility, and beneficiary comfort. Appropriate arrangements were made to facilitate a smooth process, enabling families to receive assistance in a respectful and organized environment.
Through continued partnerships and community-driven efforts, UDO remains committed to strengthening food security, promoting human dignity, and delivering meaningful support to vulnerable families and communities in need.

Sharing the Blessings of Eid-Al-Adha with Dignity and Compassion
Under the Food Security & Livelihood (FSL II) Project, UFAQ Development Organization , with the generous support of Secours Islamique France, successfully conducted an Eid al Adha Food Assistance Distribution Activity at Al Rehman Marriage Hall, Tehsil Ali Pur, District Muzzaffar Garh, to support vulnerable families with fresh Qurbani meat.
A total of 846 meat packs (each pack contains 5 kg meat) were distributed among flood affected deserving households, including an additional support of 146 households beyond the target.
To ensure a dignified, safe, and well-organized distribution process, the activity was conducted in three separate distribution slots. The venue was carefully arranged with separate seating areas for female and male beneficiaries, a properly managed registration desk, and a single entry and exit point to facilitate smooth crowd management and maintain an orderly flow throughout the event.
The distribution environment remained clean, organized, and welcoming, reflecting UDO's commitment to respecting the dignity of every beneficiary. As part of the hospitality arrangements, Jam-e-Shirin sharbat were also provided, offering comfort to families attending the distribution activity.
This initiative represents more than the distribution of food assistance—it reflects a collective effort to uphold dignity, strengthen community solidarity, and ensure that vulnerable families can share in the blessings and joy of Eid-Al-Adha.

Eid is a celebration of kindness, sharing, and togetherness.
Under the Food Security & Livelihood (FSL-II) Project, UFAQ Development Organization, with the support of Secours Islamique France, organized Eid Gift Distribution activities for 800 orphan children in different locations of Islamabad and Rawalpindi, Pakistan. Dr. Altaf Abro, Head of Mission, Secours Islamique France Pakistan and heads of SIF different units participated in the Eid Gift Distribution ceremonies and appreciated the efforts of UFAQ Development Organization for the betterment of orphaned children.
Eid Gift Packs brought smiles, happiness, and excitement to orphan children, making them feel remembered and valued during the blessed occasion of Eid-ul-Adha 2026.

Training of Field Assistants for Assessment of Qurbani & Eid Gifts
UFAQ Development Organization, in collaboration with Secours Islamique France, successfully organized a one day training session for Field Assistants on the effective use of KOBO Tool for the assessment of beneficiaries under Food Security & Livelihood (FSL-II) Project in Muzaffar Garh, Multan, Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
The training aimed to strengthen the capacity of field teams in digital data collection, household-level assessments, beneficiary verification, and transparent reporting mechanisms to ensure fair and efficient assistance distribution among vulnerable families and deserving communities as per set criteria.
Through practical learning sessions and field-oriented guidance, participants were equipped with the skills needed to conduct accurate assessments while maintaining dignity, transparency, and accountability throughout the humanitarian response process.
This initiative reflects the shared commitment of UDO and SIF Pakistan towards improving community focused humanitarian interventions through innovation, professionalism, and effective coordination.

On the occasion of Eid-Ul-Adha 2026, UFAQ Development Organization, with the generous support of Secours Islamique France, is spreading hope and compassion through the Food Security & Livelihood (FSL-II) Project in Muzaffar Garh, Multan, Rawalpindi and Islamabad districts of Pakistan.
Qurbani meat will be distributed among 800 deserving flood affected families in Union Council Azmat Pur and Bait Mullan Wali, Tehsil Ali Pur, District Muzaffar Garh. Similarly, 05 kg Qurbani meat for each beneficiary will be distributed among 1000 flood affected families in UC Bahadur Pur and Depal, Tehsil Jalal Pur Pir Wala, Multan.
Alongside this, 800 Eid Gift Packs are being distributed among orphan children in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Similarly, Eid Gift Packs are being distributed among 108 children residing in Child Protection and Welfare Bureau, Multan, ensuring that they also celebrate Eid with joy and dignity. Through these initiatives, UDO continues to promote humanity, care, and community support during the blessed days of Eid-ul-Adha 2026.
Under FSL-II Project, UDO team successfully carried out a household-level assessment covering 1,800 households for Qurbani meat distribution, ensuring accurate and fair data collection & community engagement for effective project implementation.

A Significant Step towards Women Empowerment, Skills, Knowledge & Linkages Development!
UFAQ Development Organization proudly signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Punjab Small Industries Corporation (PSIC), Regional Office Multan – South Punjab Pakistan to promote skill development, entrepreneurship, and socio-economic empowerment, particularly for women and youth across communities.
The MoU was formally signed by Ms. Abida Parveen, President UDO, and Ms. Ammara Manzoor, Regional Director PSIC, marking a shared commitment to inclusive development and capacity building. The ceremony was graced by Mr. Malik Muhammad Sarfaraz, Executive Director UDO, Ms. Asma Kubra, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer UDO, Mr. Muhammad Sarmad, Assistant Director PSIC, and Ms. Sofia Iqbal, Assistant Director PSIC, whose presence reflected strong institutional collaboration and dedication to impactful development initiatives.
Through this strategic partnership, UDO and PSIC will work together to design and implement vocational training programs, entrepreneurship initiatives, awareness sessions, and capacity-building activities that enhance employability, encourage self-reliance, and support sustainable livelihood opportunities. The collaboration will also focus on digital literacy, cyber safety, legal awareness, and community resilience in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
As part of this initiative, both partners will mobilize and trained the women beneficiaries, organize workshops, seminars and awareness campaigns, establish market and institutional linkages, and provide mentorship and follow-up support for trained participants. Together, UDO and PSIC are committed to creating women friendly inclusive opportunities, strengthening communities, and empowering individuals through knowledge, skills, and collaboration.

Procurement and Logistics Officer
Location:Multan
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage procurement processes in line with organizational and donor requirements
• Prepare RFQs/RFPs, conduct bid evaluations, and ensure transparent vendor selection
• Coordinate logistics, transportation, and timely delivery of supplies to project sites
• Maintain inventory, warehouse records, and procurement documentation
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and audit requirements
• Liaise with program and field teams to support project implementation
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the NGO/development sector
• Experience with donor-funded projects will be an added advantage
Skills Required:
• Strong knowledge of procurement and logistics processes
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
