𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
We Mazdoor Builders and Developer for Real estate projects are currently seeking a diligent and motivated call centre Recovery Officer to join our team and help ensure the timely collection of dues from our clients. The Recovery Officer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including instalments collection, pending payments, and providing excellent customer service.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Monitor and track outstanding payments from clients.
• Contact clients via phone calls, WhatsApp, or SMS to remind them of overdue payments.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements within the guidelines set by the Mazdoor Builders.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all communications and transactions related to recovery efforts.
• Send out reminder notices, final notices, and other relevant correspondence to clients.
• Respond to inquiries from clients about their accounts and provide clear and concise information.
• Prepare regular reports on the status of outstanding dues and recovery rates.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Previous experience in a call centre or customer service will be preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate CRM software.
