Cardiology Updates

The findings on this M-mode through the mitral valve are as follows: there is diastolic fluttering of the mitral valve, there is an exaggerated diastolic "dip" of the septum, and there is premature closure of the mitral valve. All of these findings point to acute, severe aortic regurgitation.
