For the China visa, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) has changed its policy regarding the Police Character Certificate. Now, you must get your Police Character Certificate apostilled. If someone had their attestation done before 21st July, it will still be accepted. However, if you are applying for a visa now, your certificate must be apostilled.
