Our hiring process is different from most organizations as we just do not follow a *standard interviewing* protocol, we get you a *two weeks trial project* so that you demonstrate your capabilities or train on the product. While delivering a trial project or if you need training there will be no payment granted

Please note this is a *WORK FROM HOME* program and you will work directly with the experienced software developers in a group call on the Microsoft team or google meet.

You will be offered a *PAID INTERNSHIP* soon you are able to deliver first your first *TRIAL PROJECT*

*Paid internship salary ranging from 15,000 to 25,000 per month* A fast learner who delivers work on time and attends sessions daily will get a higher salary. The next salary raise will be every after 4 months
