IDO in collaboration with School Education Department GoB and with financial support of UNICEF started the Project for capacity building of all concerned actors of School Education Department GoB on the "Balochistan Education Clustering Framework 2025", introduced under the reforms agenda for decentralized education governance. At the onset of the Project, a 3-Day "Training of Trainers Workshop" was successfully conducted at Bureau of Curriculum & Extension Centre (BOCEC), Quetta. 16 master trainers and 16 co-trainers from within the SED GoB were trained for rollout training program in all 36 districts of Balochistan. Pilot testing of training curriculum developed by IDO with extensive support and guidance from Directorate of School and ESP was demonstrated with a live group of 20 cluster heads in this ToT workshop.
The Special Secretary Mr Salam Achakzai addressed participants as Chief Guest in the closing ceremony and distributed course completion certificates among trainers & cluster heads. He also presented honorary shields to Mr Akhtar Muhammad Kehtran Director of School, Mr Munir Ahmed Nodezai, Director of School (Monitoring)and Ms Fauzia Shaheen Lead Trainer IDO.
In the end Director of Schools presented the "Shield of Honor" to the Chief Guest.
The training teams, trained in ToT workshop will start rollout training program in all 36 districts by next Monday to train 1600 cluster heads and DEOs.

Brimming with patriotic spirit, the “Resilient & Rising Pakistan” campaign—spearheaded by the Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund (PPAF) in collaboration with the Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety and Paigham e Pakistan-celebrated Independence Day at Government Girls High School, Zarai Colony, Baleli, Quetta. The event, organized by the Innovative Development Organization (IDO), centered on the theme “Marka-e-Haq” (The Struggle for Rights), reflecting the nation’s enduring unity, resilience, and devotion to its founding principles.
The program came alive with enthusiastic student performances, as young speakers honored the sacrifices of the independence movement and pledged their commitment to Pakistan’s development. Addressing the gathering, the Principal highlighted the importance of collective responsibility in building a prosperous, inclusive, and sustainable future. Beyond a tribute to history, the celebration reignited a shared national resolve—inspiring hope, determination, and a renewed vision for a Resilient & Rising Pakistan.
