🚩 ⚠️Frequent job changes don't just affect your resume - they directly impact how much value a company can get from you.
Changing jobs every year might be normal today… but I still treat it as a red flag.

When I see a resume full of short stints, I don't question the skills first. I question the context. Because from a business perspective, this pattern creates a problem most people ignore.
Hiring isn't just about paying a salary.
It's onboarding, knowledge transfer, team alignment, understanding the product, the client, etc. All of this takes time. And in many cases, real impact starts after a few months - not in the first sprint.

So if someone is likely to leave after a year, we're building on very shaky ground.
At my company, we don't think in projects - we think in long-term partnerships. With clients and with people. That means context, ownership, and continuity actually matter.
If someone operates in a constant “next move” mode, it's very hard to align on that level.
In my opinion, without that alignment, you don't build real value. You deliver tasks, close tickets… but you don't create anything that lasts.

Of course, contract work is different. Short-term cooperation has clear rules and a natural ending - and that's perfectly fine.
But when it comes to building a team, I choose differently.
I choose people who want to stay long enough to see the real impact of their work.

So, for me, frequent job changes are still a risk - not because of skills, but because of long-term value.
👉 What about you? Maybe you're one of those “job hoppers” - and want to challenge my perspective?

🚀 Why do so many software projects deliver features… but not real business results?

The problem isn't ex*****on.
It's a lack of clarity around why we're building something in the first place.

That's exactly where Impact Mapping comes in.

This time, the topic is explored by our guest author — Bartosz Rożan, CEO, who shares his practical experience from working with teams and clients.

In the article, you'll learn:
👉 what Impact Mapping really is
👉 how it connects business goals with product decisions
👉 and how to avoid building “nice but useless” features

Plus, simple, real-life examples.

If you're planning a product, scaling a system, or working with a software house - this might change the way you think about your project.

A few days ago, I was one click away from getting hacked.

Not by some obvious scam but by a well-prepared, highly convincing phishing attack that looked like a real business process.

I checked out the context and nothing felt suspicious… until it almost was too late.
And that's the uncomfortable truth:
scammers today are not random - they are smart, patient, and increasingly precise.

This isn't just a “personal safety” topic anymore.
If you run a business or SaaS product, this is your risk surface.

💡 I wrote a new blog post where I break down:
– how this attack worked
– why it was so convincing
– what nearly went wrong
– and what you should actually do to protect your accounts and systems

Plus one thing many founders underestimate:
👉 website and system maintenance is not optional - it's part of your security layer.

If you think “this wouldn't happen to me”… that's exactly what makes these attacks effective.
