Witches are real -They're people who practice magic. A witch is simply someone who is aware of their own power and puts that power into action.

🔮When starting your path to become a witch a good place to start is to research. Read as much as you can that you feel drawn too, that resonates with your soul. Make your own notes from this learning. There is not right or wrong way, just honour your path.

🙌🏻Witchcraft is simply about using the power of the universe and the mind to attract wants and desires. It's about being in tune with Earth's natural resources and placing intentions. Magic happens when we live with the intention to create our own reality.

Find magic in the small things.

There's magic in a lot of the things around you, in the small things alongside you every day.

✨ It could be a sunset, the starry sky, a child's smile, the birds chirping, the breeze against your face. To find and attract magic, you have to start by being thankful for the wonderful gift you already have.

Chakras, if you're not familiar with the term, are specific energy centers located around your organs and endocrine and nervous systems.

🐚Your health and energy are influenced by the vibration of each chakra, which are in turn influenced by the energies that surround you and the energy you project from your thoughts and feelings. Though there are about 114 chakras, most studies tend to focus on the main seven.

Now, basing a magic system on chakras isn't too far off of elemental magic, as most chakras are connected to the basic elements: earth, water, fire, and air.

You will not learn how to sense your auras over a few days. For some people, it takes months or even a year.

🧘🏼‍♀️That's OK. This is a different view on magical energy than we have commonly in Western traditions so our mind takes longer for synthesizing it.

🦋Also, remain aware that you may not have an internal sense of a Chakra's color or size. Some people feel Chakras (smooth or itchy), smell them (sweet or sour) and hear them (musical or static). Usually, the input you get connects directly with the sense you to which you respond strongly (i.e., tactile people feeling the Chakra). This holds true for Auras as well.
