Inuits | Talent-as-a-Service is looking for a Chief Meme Officer (CMO).
At Inuits, we believe that great teams aren't just built on skills and processes: they're built on trust, real human connections 🤝, and the kind of culture where people actually want to show up 🏆. Our hashtag Slack channel is proof of that. And we need someone to protect it.
The CMO will be responsible mainly for:
- Owning the hashtag Slack channel like it's a full-time job (because it is);
- Keeping the meme pipeline flowing: no dry spells, no stale formats;
- Making sure no Monday goes un-memed and no All-Hands goes un-icebroken;
- Navigating political humor without anyone calling their lawyer.
