The hardest part of being a creative is deciding whether your work is good enough. And the truth is - for you, it almost never is. I’ve passed on so many projects because my inner critic decided they just weren’t good.

Right now I’m working on a video that should have been finished a while ago. I recorded everything, had almost all the materials ready… and then I thought: ‘nope, this isn’t it’.

So I scrapped the whole thing and started again with a completely different approach to demonstrating guitar pedals. Just because I don’t like putting something out if I’m not fully satisfied with it. I also believe that great gear deserves great demos, and these two pedals from Drunk Beaver are so damn good that I’ve honestly been using them almost every day since I got them.

PS. I’ve got a little assistant now! It’s not a beaver, but hopefully a squirrel will do. 🐿️
