Resilience isn’t only about bouncing back - it’s also about preparing, absorbing shocks, recovering wisely, and adapting with intention.

Many SMEs struggle with crises because of limited resources and capacity. But strengthening resilience isn’t just a financial matter, it’s a holistic inner-and-outer transformation!

Here are two key pillars shaping SME resilience:

This edition introduces PhilosophyGyms, a pioneering initiative designed to equip professionals in SMEs with the tools to embrace resilience, sustainability, foresight, and ethical leadership.

PhilosophyGyms integrates philosophical practices into everyday business, helping leaders make sharper, more effective decisions in complex, high-pressure situations while building stronger, healthier, and more productive teams.

On October 28th, 2025, GreenHost partners met online for the 8th Virtual Meeting, hosted by PAIZ (Lublin). The session focused on finalising the structure of the project’s gamified missions – the core of our educational game aimed at promoting sustainability in the hospitality sector.

Partners presented their ideas for the GreenHost Missions, which are now being shaped around five key themes:

🌱 Mission 1: Internal – Knowledge & Mindset
♻️ Mission 2: Internal – Sustainable Routines & Actions
🏨 Mission 3: External – Guest Experience & Comfort
📦 Mission 4: External – Supply Chain & Procurement
🤝 Mission 5: External – Community, PR & Partnerships

During the meeting, each partner reviewed their mission’s challenges and tasks, discussing alignment between missions.

The team also began exploring possible gamification mechanics and metaphors for the GreenHost game.

The meeting once again demonstrated the strong collaboration and creativity among GreenHost partners, all working together toward a shared goal: developing an engaging, educational, and impactful game that inspires sustainable habits in the lodging sector.
