What a day that was! Today I met one of my idols among vocal coaches – 🤩 I had the chance to listen to his lecture, see how he conducts his classes, and even work with him on my own vocal technique.🥹 I never thought this would ever be possible, and the idea that I’d meet him in Poland seemed completely unreal, so huge thanks to .katarzyna.artist and for organizing this wonderful masterclass. ❤️ Now I’m heading back to Poznań full of new ideas and can’t wait to practice tomorrow using them! 🤩

2016 was a very special year for me 🥹

New Year’s concerts have been my moment of reflection for the past three years. Every year at the in Hamburg, Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony is performed - a work structured in such a way that for more than 50 minutes only the orchestra plays (the brilliant 🤩), while the choir (.chor.akademie and ✨) sits on stage, waiting for their final 15 minutes. It leaves plenty of time to sink into one’s thoughts. 😌

These days, an uninterrupted hour of stillness is rare - without a screen, a book, or a podcast. That’s what makes this moment so special. And every year, it means something different to me. Yet it is always a time of profound, life-shaping reflections. This year was no different. What those thoughts were, you’ll find out in the coming months 🤫

I’m deeply grateful that alongside these wonderful concerts, I get to spend the days around New Year’s Eve in the warm company of great, like-minded musicians. What more could one wish for! 🤍
