1. Entry to the concert is possible only on the basis of a valid, original ticket or a confirmed invitation.

6. The participant is obliged to comply with the Regulations of the given facility in which the concert takes place as well as the Regulations of possible co-organizers (This also applies to the age restrictions of participants).

7. The participant is obliged to strictly carry out the instructions of the staff of the concert and audience service, the security service, the speaker and any persons serving during the concert.
8. 9. During the concert, it is forbidden to use mobile phones and to prohibit photographing and recording audio and video without the written consent of the Organizer of the concert.

12. The organizer reserves the right to change the program, performers change the date and place of the concert without giving a reason.
13. The organizer reserves the right to cancel an open-air concert in case of inclement weather.
14. In the event of a concert being canceled due to the Organizer's fault, the Participant is entitled to full refund of the ticket purchased. This does not apply to situations caused by co-organizers or caused by "Force Majeure".
15. The organizer is not responsible for any oversights and damages caused by the co-organizers or renters of particular facilities in which concerts are held.
16. Parents are liable for any damage caused by children.

18. These Regulations apply only to concerts, performances and other artistic events of which REDMOON PME is the main Organizer
