Our Story

The beginnings of TAMEL S.A., one of the major electric motors manufacturers in East Central Europe, reach the year of 1949.

As a part of ATB group we offer general purpose motors of IE 2 and IE 3 efficiency, explosion-proof, flameproof, single phase, multi speed and special motors which are design modifications adjusted to needs of the most demanding customers (such as Shell and Aramco).

Decades long experience in manufacturing has allowed us to create long-term relationships with customers both domestically and internationally. Our products reach customers worldwide, including Europe, Asia, Africa, New Zealand and Australia. Export figures amount to 85 % of Tamel sales.

Continuous improvement of our products, constant updates of already possessed certifications as well as obtaining new certificates allow us to consistently increase our market share and expand the portfolio of satisfied clients. More than half century of experience in motor manufacturing is supported with special machines and equipment used in the production process.
