🎯 “Technology should never lead without values. Any innovation detached from people and purpose loses its weight. Real transformation starts with humans: their needs, their empathy, their ability to connect and create meaning,” said Bryant Noice, Chief Information Officer and Chief Technology Officer at IKEA, in his keynote opening the track at Masters & Robots 2025.
🌿 How would you draw the letter “E” on your forehead? Research shows it’s a simple way to find out whether you are self-aware. This very trait should be at the centre of the future workplace, argued Dr. Michelle King in her keynote about the future of work. Why do we all need self-awareness? It’s key to a shift in mindset – from dominance and hierarchy to trust, informality and collaboration.
📌 What makes an effective leader and which qualities really matter? What has changed in good leadership over the last 10–15 years – if anything at all? – asked Rafał Mrówka, Digital University expert, during the panel “Masters of Disruption – How Great Leaders Navigate Change”.
Trying to answer these questions were Małgorzata Bochenek, Kinga Piecuch, Sylwia Bilska and Cezary Kozanecki.
💡 In a world obsessed with AI, automation and exponential technologies, it’s easy to forget what truly drives performance: people. In his provocative keynote, Maciej Kaniowski made a compelling case that teams, not tools, will determine the success or failure of the boldest ambitions.

🧘 “The future is not about the technology. It’s about the feelings we all want to experience – like freedom, love and connection. And we can all practise this every day,” believes Dr. Frederik G. Pferdt, former Chief Innovation Evangelist at Google. His well-being session opened the & track at Masters & Robots 2025.
🤝 “But how can we all practise our future and get ourselves ready for the unknown? How can we cope with pain and resentment?” asked Przemek Gdański in an intimate conversation with Frederik following his keynote. The answer is simple, argued Frederik: “Put yourself in uncomfortable situations more often.”
♥️ Last but not least, Digital University’s Izabela Bartnicka led a discussion with Prof. Marek Postuła and Krzysztof Łoniewski, authors of the book “Towards Longevity”, about living a long and healthy life. Both experts shared their insights on how to prevent disease and maintain vitality for as long as possible.
