Join our dynamic team in producing metal structural elements for passenger car bodies and chassis. Be a part of advanced automotive technology and innovation!

Departments Available:
* 🔧 Welding: Connect large elements with bolts/nuts (certified welders only)
* 🎨 Painting: Mainly women
* 🔩 Assembly: Machine installation of sleeves/screws/seals (2 robot lines)
* 🔫 Laser: Cutting off surplus product using a laser in special chambers (4th brigade)
* 🛠️ Parts Arrangement: Hanging elements on hooks
* 🪑 Cold Press: Sitting and standing work
* 🔥 Hot Press
* 🧽 Foaming: Applying foam by machine to the finished product (mainly standing work)

Shifts:
* 3 Shifts, Monday to Friday:�⏰ 06:00-14:00 | 14:00-22:00 | 22:00-06:00

Salary:
* 💸 Basic Rate: EURO 1000 brutto/month
* 💰 Bonuses: EURO 1 to EURO 1.4/hour
* 💵 Average Monthly Salary: PLN 1290 euro (excluding overtime)

Extra Bonuses:
* 🏆 Adaptive: EURO 0.70 /day (12 months)
* 🚌 Transport: PLN 1,40 /day (entire employment period)

WORKER OF GOOSE AND TURKEY PRODUCTS IN POLAND 🔥

📍 Place of work - the city of Iława (135 km from Gdansk)
Registration in the city of Gdansk
Men, women and couples under 60
The rate is 19-23.50 zł/hour netto.
Working hours per month are 220-300. No night shifts

📌 ACTION!!!
-housing is free for the employee for the first 30 days of cooperation
-from 240 hours worked bonus 300 zl
-from 01.07, we refund the ticket price for reaching the OFFICE (if there is a ticket, not a taxi) after 30 days of working out. In Poland-the actual cost of the ticket, other countries are standard 100 zl.

The workshop is clean, there is no unpleasant smell, as well as good working conditions. Most of the processes on the line are automated. Which process the employee will go to is decided at production.

📃 Tasks (women):
• Disassemble carcasses into elements, offal (whole turkey, wings, hams, fillets, legs)
• Filleting with a knife (fillet cleaning)
• Put products in plastic trays
• Packaging, vacuuming and pasting of finished products
• Pluck the remnants of feathers from the breast, wings, back, after the car
• Control the quality of finished products

📄 Tasks (men):
• Disassemble carcasses into elements, offal (whole turkey, wings, hams, fillets, legs)
• Hanging carcasses by their hind legs on a conveyor line
• To stack finished products on pallets for further transportation to the warehouse

❗ It is IMPORTANT: Which process the employee will go to is decided at production.
Work in warm and cold workshops.

💲 Working and housing conditions:
• Rate 19 zł/hour netto,
slaughter shop - 20 zł/hour netto,
for students - 23.50 zł/hour netto

• Average salary 4680-5920 zł/netto
• Schedule: Mon.-Fri.: in shifts:

I shift: 6:00-16:00
II shift: 14:00-24:00
Saturday: 6:00-14:00
You can work overtime for 10-12 hours

• Average operating time per month - 220-300 hours
• Accommodation: 400 PLN/month, very good conditions. for students - 500 zł/month. Accommodation in a private house for 4 people in a room.

Couples live separately .
Housing 15 minutes from the factory by public transport.

• Workwear is issued free of charge
• Work in the city. Temperature from +15/+6 °C
• Medical examination - 270 zł (150 zł must be paid immediately, 120 zł is deducted from the first salary) The production time of the book is 3 days
