🇵🇱🇺🇦Українські біженці масово працевлаштовуються у Польщі та дисципліновано сплачують податки!

Після початку війни в Україні для українських біженців в Польщі почали діяти нові, спрощені правила працевлаштування. Таке «потепління» на ринку праці, а також велике бажання працювати дало свої результати. За даними Міністерства сім’ї та соціальної політики Польщі, понад 290 тисяч українців знайшли роботу протягом останніх чотирьох місяців.
До 24 лютого легально у Польщі працювало близько мільйона українців, головним чином це були чоловіки. Близько 200 тисяч виїхало, аби захищати свою батьківщину. Зараз у Польщі головним чином працевлаштовуються жінки з України, – зазначила очільниця Міністерства сім’ї і соціальної політики Польщі Марлена Мальонґ . Це підтверджує, що економічна еміграція з України змінилася вимушеною воєнною еміграцією. Українки  знаходять в Польщі роботу у готельній галузі, закладах харчування і на сезонних роботах.
✌️Відзначимо, що рівень освіти серед українських біженців, який спостерігається сьогодні на ринку праці, значно вищий, ніж той, який був зафіксований серед економічних мігрантів з України до війни.
🤜 Наслідком офіційного працевлаштування стали додаткові податкові надходження до бюджетів та страхових фондів Республіки Польща. Зокрема, до Польського фонду соціального страхування ZUS вже сплачують внески 750 тисяч українців, а загальна цифра платників системи соцстрахування сягнула 1,1 млн іноземців. Це рекордні показники в історії Польщі. Зазначимо, що розмір внесків соціального та медичного страхування нараховується в розмірі 7,77% від місячної платні робітника, який сплачує за найманих працівників роботодавець. А розмір мінімальної зарплати в Польщі в 2022 році складає 3010 злотих без відрахувань.

🇵🇱🇺🇦NGO "YES" - a new partner of the project "HELP UKRAINE!" from EUROMED
Charitable activities of the project "HELP UKRAINE!" from EUROMED would not be possible without partners in Ukraine. The curators and hosts inside the country where the hostilities are taking place that are engaged in the distribution, delivery and issuance of humanitarian assistance to those in need.
💪The head of the project "HELP UKRAINE!" Sergey Ostrovsky was asked for help by the deputy of the Zaporizha Regional Council Askad Ashurbekov together with the civil association "YES". Both Askad and the guys from the NGO "YES" are now in Zaporizha and are actively helping the victims of hostilities in Ukraine. But recently, they were under occupation in their hometown Tokmak. It should be noted that the organization was created by caring young people in 2018 with the aim of developing civil society, youth and democracy.
The Russian invasion on February 24, 2022 radically changed not only Ukraine, but also the vector of work of the NGO "YES".
✌️In Zaporizha, they have organized a humanitarian aid center where settlers from the war zone can receive food, hygiene, medicine, psychological and legal assistance. The activity of the center is provided by 30 volunteers, who every day look for all the opportunities for receiving humanitarian aid by Ukrainians. In particular, the project "HELP UKRAINE!" at the request of the NGO, YES provided humanitarian aid, which the guys plan to transfer not only to settlers in Zaporozhye, but also to people in the occupied territories.
Thanks to volunteer drivers from the Yuriy Hupal Foundation (Lutsk), the humanitarian cargo provided by the BENEFITIOUM Foundation has already been safely delivered to Zaporozhye, reloaded, packaged and awaiting further shipment. Thus, the volunteers of the project "HELP UKRAINE!" promptly and effectively responded to the application of the GO "YES". Unity is our strength.
