The elder generation does not understand what exactly IT specialists face on their career path. However, their curiosity and desire to understand what this field is connected with and why not everyone has "entered IT" now become the reason for countless questions.

Starting a new job can be exciting but nerve-wracking. We have prepared for you some tips that will help you feel comfortable and confident during the first day of work in a new company😊

1️⃣ Dress to success: choose clothes that match the company's dress code. When you feel confident about your appearance, it has a positive effect on your mindset and helps you make a great first impression.

2️⃣ Be punctual: arrive a few minutes early to familiarize yourself with the office environment. This will give you time to meet colleagues without rushing.

3️⃣ Smile and introduce yourself: a warm smile is very important! Feel free to introduce yourself to your new teammates. Be genuine, shake hands (if appropriate) and show enthusiasm to start working together.

4️⃣ Listen and observe: Take time to actively listen and observe your surroundings. Be attentive during orientations and meetings and ask questions when appropriate. It shows your willingness to learn and contribute.

5️⃣ Be open to new connections: break the ice by engaging in conversations with your colleagues. Show interest in their work and ask about their experience with the company. Building relationships early will help you feel more comfortable.
