⭐ We now know the final result of the 34th WOŚP Grand Finale fundraiser!

❤️ During today’s press conference, attended by the foundation’s board, friends of the Foundation and the media, Jurek Owsiak – the president of the Foundation's board, announced the news many had been waiting for: the amount that will support paediatric gastroenterology departments.

❤️ Thanks to the volunteers, those working in the local branches and the donors, we have raised PLN 263,477,929.83 for the cause!

❤️ Did you know that our work also involves purchasing ambulances? Over the years, we have bought 37 of them for a total of over PLN 11.2 million!

❤️ Although the Foundation was set up primarily to support our youngest patients, we have on many occasions also purchased equipment for adults.

❤️ We have dedicated 5 of our Grand Finales to improving the quality of medical care for the elderly – we have purchased 13,747 items of equipment for geriatric care, including beds, wheelchairs and patient lifts.

❤️ Throughout our history, we have raised funds for, amongst others: cardiac surgery and trauma cardiac surgery, neonatal surgery, urology and nephrology, neurology and neurosurgery, otolaryngology, ophthalmology, pulmonology, and the purchase of equipment to combat sepsis.

❤️ The GOCC spirit is present all around the world! This year we played in 24 countries and, for the first time, one of them was The Republic of India!
