Customer's are the kings and queens of your business. They can decide whether you will be in business by the end of the year or not.
Hence, treat them with the royal treatment that they deserve by crafting store policies that place their interest first.
One way that I do it in my store is to offer Free returns and Free exchanges for 90% of our products.
Generally, no matter what your complaint may be, at my store, we will address it square with the aim of reaching a win-win situation for both parties.
So, dear jewelry boss, make your store policy customer-centric because they are the "bringers" of repeat sales.
