Today we finally celebrate spring equinox!
We mark the occasion by adding a splash of color with daffodils and hyacinths in the hostel.

What we love about running the hostel is meeting a lot of new people.

For the past two weeks a Spanish guy's been staying with us and recently he showed us how to make some Sangria! Apparently there are as many versions of this drink as people preparing it but you can check out his recipe by clicking on the photo.
