A work permit (type B) applies to a foreigner, performing work in the company board, entered in the register of entrepreneurs in Poland🇵🇱

To hire a foreigner as a board member, the applicant must demonstrate in the relevant documents that he or she is receiving adequate income (the level of annual income must 12 times☝🏻 exceed the average monthly salary) and creates jobs (at least two people are employed, who do not need a work permit for at least one year). If a person does not meet these conditions, he must demonstrate own resources or activities for providing himself in the future (activities that promote investment growth, technology transfer, beneficial innovation or job creation).

Work permit (type B) authorizes to work for up to ❗3 years, if the foreigner fulfills a function in the legal entity employing more than 25 people, it can be issued for up to ❗5 years).
