Edinburgh protest today, massive turn out and getting bigger every time. Me demand Action for Palestine. We demand a stand against fascism. F**k and their capitulation to Zionism. We will not go away and we will not stop until justice is realised for all oppressed people. No justice, no peace.

I’m running the Edinburgh Half Marathon for — and no, I haven’t lost a bet.

I’m doing it because the world is in crisis, and Amnesty International is one of the few organisations holding governments to account, defending human rights, and standing up for people who’ve lost everything.

I’m not a natural runner (unless you count chasing the dog around the house), but I believe in doing something when it matters — even if it means 13.1 miles of sweat, cramps, and self-reflection.
