Happy Alfred Hitchcock Day!

was a filmmaker who began making movies in 1921 and made his last film, Family Plot in 1976. He made at least 49 movies and his unique (wyjątkowy) cinematic style in the genre (gatunku) of psychological thrillers and suspense movies earned him (zapewnił mu) the title of Master (mistrz) of Suspense. As every Alfred Hitchcock fan knows, he did cameo appearances (występował epizodycznie) in many of his films. Some of his most famous movies include:

🎥 1960 "Psycho"/ "Psychoza" - A Phoenix secretary embezzles (defrauduje) $40,000 from her employer's client, goes on the run (ucieka) and checks into (zameldować się) a remote (odległy) motel run by (prowadzony przez) a young man under the domination of his mother.

🎥 1963 "The Birds"/ "Ptaki" - A wealthy San Francisco socialite pursues (ściga) a potential boyfriend to a small Northern California town that slowly takes a turn (zmienia się) for the bizarre (dziwactwo) when birds of all kinds suddenly begin to attack people.

The initiators of this holiday are Reporters Without Borders and Amnesty International. The goal is to fight against limiting the freedom of speech on the Internet.
