Key findings:
▪️ 73.8% of participants showed a pronounced stress response
▪️ Stress levels remained high across ages - but cognitive functions declined after 40
▪️ 21% of participants showed signs of burnout risk

What makes this project unique and why we're proud of it.
This is not a hypothesis. Not a sample of 25 statistically significant surveys used to support abstract conclusions. This is 454 people, assessed using objective physiological data, in one of the most conservative and high-responsibility industries.
