Other tasks related to fish processing

📆 Work schedule:

12 hours per day (one shift)

Six days a week, Friday is a day off

240–260 hours per month

🏠 Housing: Provided, 500 PLN/month (deducted from salary)

🎽 Workwear: Provided by the company

👷 Requirements:
Men up to 50 years old from Indonesia, Nepal, the Philippines, and African countries with communicative English.

🗺 Location:
19-500 Gołdap, Poland

💵 Salary:
24 PLN/hour net

🦺 Responsibilities:

Operating power tools during the assembly of finished products or their components, such as angle grinders, screwdrivers, pneumatic chisels, drills, pneumatic milling tools, etc.
Visual inspection and quality control of products during the production process.
Assembling and processing metal products.

📆 Work Schedule:
Three shifts: 6:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–6:00
180–220 hours/month + possible extra hours

🏠 Accommodation:
Provided – 500 PLN/month (deducted from salary)

🎽 Workwear:
Shoes and work trousers provided

🚙 Transport to work:
Company transport provided

🚩 IMPORTANT:
Arrival for registration in Warsaw is MANDATORY!

💰 PAYMENT

💵 Average monthly income (PLN net, payment to the card by the 20th)
🔹3967 - 4900 + for people over 26
🔹5078 -6150 + for people under 26 with student status

💵 31.74 PLN gross
✅ net rate (PLN net):
🔹 25.63 — for people over 26
🔹 22.63 — after reaching an income of 3500 PLN gross
🔹 31.74 — for students under 26

💰Bonus system:
The basic bonus is made with overtime. Bonus can be reached up to 1000+ PLN net - paid each month together with salary up to 20th.

📌 Student certificate is transferred in original (paper form)
📌 We help with legalization of stay (life cards, Zezwolenie Typ A)

📜DUTIES
✅ applying fiberglass (Mata) to the mold using a roller and glue (Żywica)
✅ laminating them using resin with a roller
✅ adhering to the instructions for the processed element
✅ visual control and quality of manufactured elements

🗂 REQUIREMENTS
• Legal residence (visa, TRC, confirmed TRC application)
• English B1
• good manual skills
• experience in the same job (welcome but not required)
• good eyesight , no health problems and no allergies + good physical shape
• ability to bend down while preparing larger details

🚍 Workers can use public bus to workplace - company refunds costs during 2 months
