I feel like the best way to describe what we’re trying to do with SPLOT — and what I personally look for in music — is experimental club music.

For me, it’s exactly these experiments that are the essence of what I’d like SPLOT to be — whether we’re talking about our label or our events.

This constant search for a space in between — between genres, between styles — within that experimental approach is what excites me the most.

Even if it’s sometimes riskier in the context of parties — in terms of how many people will show up, or how many will actually connect with it.

I still believe that challenging these established ideas is a crucial part of what we’re trying to do.

And honestly — that’s something I really care about.
