Outlines

The year 2026 marks the tenth anniversary of the founding of the outlines label. The label was directly inspired by Chicago’s footwork culture and its hybrid form created by artists: DJ Fulltono, CRZKNY, and Skip Club Orchestra . This year, we will celebrate this concept, which has been developed over the last decade.

The coming months will bring three new releases, which will be special returns to the label. First up will be an EP by SNKLS , followed by albums from the aforementioned Skip Club Orchestra and Otomoni.

There will also be a special groove series.

You can also look forward to a collaborative album from DJ Strawberry. I have also invited DYL to join the celebration.

Perhaps, in addition to the previously mentioned announcements, there will be some unexpected surprises, but I will keep you updated on that.

All of this year’s releases will be published without being divided into outlines or guides labels.

Traditionally, as every year, I share my musical discoveries of 2025. The intention of this list is not to highlight the best releases, artists or labels. My intention is to feature the music that accompanied me throughout the past year. Thank you for all these findings.
