Monterail has acquired EL Passion, a Warsaw-based software company with 13 years of experience and 400+ projects delivered across Europe and the US.
This marks a second acquisition this year, following Untitled Kingdom in January, which strengthened our healthcare technology expertise.
EL Passion brings outstanding strengths in product design and UX/UI development, along with proven expertise in AI-assisted software development, fintech, healthtech, e-commerce, and proptech. These capabilities perfectly complement Monterail’s 15 years of experience and will play a key role in shaping the next chapter of our growth.
As our co-CEO, Szymon Boniecki, highlights:

Last week, we celebrated Monterail's 15th birthday! 🎉
Our office transformed into a full-blown beach party, complete with good vibes, summer tunes, games, and plenty of memories. It was the perfect way to honor everything we've achieved together and to toast to the bright future ahead! 🥂
