Jak zapewne już widzieliście, ostatnie dwa tygodnie spędziliśmy w Chinach wspólnie z nauczycielami i kadrą zarządzającą szkół z Dolnego Śląska i Wielkopolski.

Był to intensywny, wymagający, ale przede wszystkim niezwykle wartościowy międzynarodowy wyjazd edukacyjny, w którym wzięło udział łącznie 20 osób – dyrektorów i nauczycieli zaangażowanych w rozwój edukacji zawodowej w Polsce.

Głównym celem wyjazdu były job shadowingi, umożliwiające bezpośrednią obserwację funkcjonowania instytucji edukacyjnych, współpracy z przemysłem oraz nowoczesnych rozwiązań w kształceniu zawodowym. Była to przestrzeń do realnej wymiany doświadczeń, rozmów o innowacjach, technologii i roli szkoły w dynamicznie zmieniającym się świecie pracy.

Ten wyjazd nie wydarzył się przypadkiem.
To efekt wielomiesięcznej, bardzo intensywnej pracy, licznych przygotowań, rozmów i ustaleń. Mieliśmy przy tym ogromne szczęście znaleźć wyjątkowego chińskiego partnera, dzięki któremu możliwe było stworzenie spójnego, merytorycznego programu oraz realizacja wszystkich działań na najwyższym poziomie – od pierwszych koncepcji po działania realizowane na miejscu.

Najważniejsze jednak jest to, że ten wyjazd nie był jednorazowym wydarzeniem. Traktujemy go jako początek i wzmocnienie długofalowego partnerstwa, które w przyszłości może zaowocować kolejnymi wspólnymi działaniami, projektami edukacyjnymi oraz nowymi możliwościami rozwoju dla szkół i ich kadry.

Edukacja zawodowa, innowacje i międzynarodowa współpraca – dokładnie w tym kierunku chcemy dalej podążać.

W kolejnych dniach będziemy publikować następne posty, w których pokażemy kulisy wyjazdu, konkretne działania, spotkania oraz doświadczenia naszych nauczycieli z tego wyjątkowego czasu w Chinach.

To dopiero początek.

As many of you have probably already noticed, over the past two weeks we had the opportunity to be in China together with teachers and school leaders from the Dolnośląskie and Wielkopolskie regions..

It was an intense, demanding, but above all extremely valuable international educational visit, bringing together a group of 20 participants — school directors and teachers actively involved in the development of vocational education in Poland.

The main focus of the visit was job shadowing, which allowed participants to observe first-hand how educational institutions operate, how cooperation with industry is organised, and how modern solutions in vocational education are implemented. It also created space for genuine exchange of experience and discussions on innovation, technology and the role of schools in a rapidly changing world of work.

This visit did not happen by chance.
It was the result of many months of intensive work, preparation, discussions and planning. We were also fortunate to find an outstanding Chinese partner, whose engagement made it possible to design a coherent, high-quality programme and to deliver all activities at the highest level — from the initial concept to on-site implementation.

Most importantly, this visit was not a one-off event. We see it as the beginning and strengthening of a long-term partnership, which may lead to further joint initiatives, educational projects and new development opportunities for schools and their staff.

Vocational education, innovation and international cooperation — this is exactly the direction in which we want to continue.

Over the coming days, we will be sharing more posts, presenting the programme in greater detail and highlighting the key meetings, activities and experiences of our teachers during this unique time in China.

This is only the beginning.
