Your Mission

Your Responsibilities

- You will be responsible for our end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, identifying talent, find the right angle for contact via social media and data bases, interview and finally deliver an offer
- You conduct telephone interviews to inform, pre-screen and to provide the hiring manager with relevant information about the candidate
- You answer open questions from the candidate and give them an overall overview about company and position as far as you can
- You are responsible for your part of the application management, making appointments and up-keeping informations about the ongoing application process
- You can constantly improve the recruitment process, we are open for new ideas regarding new recruiting tools and job-portals for the IT job market in Poland

Your Experience

- You have a passion and solid knowledge about the topic recruitment, direct speech to IT / tech experts and the placement of the right people
- You have at least 2-3 years of experience in direct sourcing IT / tech experts via e.g. social media channels such as LinkedIn
- Ideally you have knowledge and experience related to labour law generally and especially regulations about hiring non EU citizens whose are living in Poland
- You have a high amount of initiative, willingness to perform and learn and you work independently. But you also know when it is the right time to ask for help
- You have excellent English and Polish communication skills
- You bring a very active and hands-on work mentality

Your Responsibilities

- As web-designer you are responsible for the creative visualisation and further graphic development of the websites from our customers
- You conceive and create new layouts, landingpages, content-elements, key visuals, picture worlds, infographics for the websites of our customers while you take the perspective of our customer and ideally from the customer of our customer
- You develop existing communication requierements (CD, styleguides, templates, etc.) and make reviews about the newest content from the usability perspective
- Before the forthcoming launch your essential role is to conceive the design and usability of the new website in agreement with the development team

Your Experience

- You studied or did a training in media design, graphic design, communication design, visual communication or you are a career changer With at least 3 years of practical experience as Web-designer
- You are professional in handling PSD, Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD or a similar graphic program
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is desirable but not absolutely necessary
- You have a good taste about good design, typography, color and imagery
- Creativity and solid communication skills are very important to us
- Fluent Englisch knowledge, good German knowledge is advantageous

- You conceive and develope based on our own, object oriented middleware-platform individual CRM-Solutions by adjusting our highly flexible standard-software for the needs of the customer and integration into the existing it system landscape or directly on the product development

- Continuing competence building and rising project experience gives you the option to take responsibility as project leader

- You work as a part of an agile team of experienced colleagues whose like to share their knowledge with you

Your Skills

- IT related university degree (computer science/engineering) or a comparable training with appropriate background (e.g. as IT specialist)
- Java knowledge, experience with handling common tools from Java surroundings like Eclipse
Database knowledge (Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL)
- English language skills are at minimum intermediate level, both written and spoken. German is a plus
- We care about solid communications skills and continous self-improvement. Even if you do not have all these skills mentioned above do not hesitate to apply
