My morning routine 🌅

I like starting my day off slowly so I can get to work focused. Which is why I set up most of my mornings as following:

1. Wake up 5-5:30am, wash my face and teeth, and drink a whole cup of water (8-10oz). Then my husband starts making coffee.

2. 5-10 minutes meditation

3. Read personalized affirmations (out loud! So they become real)

4. Visualize my dream board

5. Read a book (minimum 10 pages a day)

6. Exercise at least 7 minutes

7. Write down my thoughts on a journal/notebook

Then I start getting ready for work. I try my best doing these daily but we are not perfect and things don’t always go as we plan. 🙏🏻
