Meet CFPR Athlete .
Tony started training with us in January. He completed his on-ramp and trained with us for 2 full months before the pandemic hit. Being highly motivated with his fitness goals he quickly shifted into our 1-on-1 at home training program with coach .
Tony continued to traing through the pandemic and has seen massive fitness gains during this time. Today Tony is back in the gym with us, continues to work with his coach 1-on-1 and is even fitter than before the pandemic.
The Lesson: Consistency pays off... period. If you’re motivated and ready to start your fitness journey (or re-start it) let us know.
We’re here to help you.

Everybody is excited about Memorial day Murph coming up this Monday, but should you be doing Murph? If you haven’t been training a lot the answer is probably no, but you can still participate, workout and stay safe by doing a similar variation.
The main worry with Murph is the volume of each movement so we’ve come up with two Murph variations that have less volume and help you stay safe during (and after) this tough workout! Whether you’ve been training 3 time per week or none, there’s an option for you.
We’ve also added variations in rounds to help fight the intense fatigue that can build up with high volumes of a single movement.
It’s important to note the intention behind each variation. If you’ve been training regularly feel free to do it “For Time” maybe scaling some movements (we’ll post more on that soon) but if you haven’t been training your best choice is to do this workout “For Completion” at a relaxed pace and make sure you don’t go over a 30 minute cap to help avoid excessive volume accumulation.
Hope this helps some of you guys stay safe during this workout, see you Monday on our Zoom groups! (More details on schedules soon)
