Why did I create Swim Foundations?
When I owned a swim school, parents would often ask me:
“What can we practice at home?”
I also met many children who arrived at lessons nervous, unsure, or afraid of the water.
That’s why I created this program — to help parents gently build water comfort, confidence, and trust before technical swim lessons begin.
It does not replace swim lessons.
It helps children create a healthier relationship with the water, guided by the people they trust most: their parents.
