Good morning everyone! We are in the rainy season and want to remind those of you planning outdoor weddings to be sure and have a back up rain plan. Ideally your outdoor wedding will be held in a covered (roofed) terrace area. If this is not the case, you will need to identify a covered area that can be used in the event of rain. Normally, this call will be made 3-5 hours before your planned ceremony start time, depending on wedding size & complexity of set up. If a covered back up area does not exist for your use, you do need to rent a tent. From a planning perspective, this is a must (not optional) so do plan accordingly!
