Shot recently on Vancouver Island. Incredibly smart and crafty, Ravens are known symbols of creativity, mischief and magic. I was fortunate enough to see a few up close on this trip. This was one that I just managed to be quick enough to capture at the last second. They are MUCH larger than crows, like a big seagull. They are probably my favourite bird.
