Our Translation Cycle

When the finished product needs great attention to style, format, creativity, and accuracy, you can rest assured that we'll always offer you the best service available. We have three tier translation quality control mechanism:

Phase 1

Upon receipt of a document or file for translation, the project is assigned to one of our qualified project managers. PM’s job is to assess the project to determine subject matter, formatting requirements and turnaround time and schedule. He initiates work by assigning the job to the most qualified resources in the particular field, the subject matter and data processing format.

Phase 2

The first draft is revised/proof-read by other qualified translators to assure accuracy, consistency and clarity.

Phase 3

The final proof-read output is then edited by third, equally qualified editors, having at least a master’s degree in the subject matter. This extra quality control step is a vital part of providing the highest quality translation possible. Companies that are seeking a reliable translation service should ensure that all translations are edited by qualified translators and not just proof-read. The cost of editing has been included in our prices. If fact, the benefits of editing far outweigh the small additional cost included in our prices.

N.B. We can also provide editing as a separate service to clients that have documents which have already been translated
