I had some help, a great leader knows how to delegate and entrust others with the correct information and knowledge, so they can do their jobs efficiently without being and feeling that they are being micro managed.

With my Assistant Coach here Nomso Nwachukwu, he focused on team and individual skill development for all the players on the roster, and I valued his ability to make suggestions about defensive techniques and strategies in real time during games, for our team to have success as a collective group.

His highest priority is basketball coaching is Skill development & being a basketball trainer, he has told me personally he doesn’t like or enjoy coaching games or tournaments, so I put him right where he could succeed and use his strengths better with our team, and individual player development with his vast experience, knowledge, ability & potential in the game of basketball 🏀.

His younger brother Osi Nwachukwu played college basketball at Sacramento State University for 2 years , I would usually excuse Nomso during weekends where we had a conflict in our team schedule, so he could go watch his younger brother play against Santa Clara University & others in the Bay Area that weekend.

Osi Nwachukwu is a budding young rapper now.

I heard Cardi on the Breakfast club the other talking about being a mentor to girls. ....scary stuff world.

Promiscuous people aren’t winning, they are just good at marketing prostitution to the children.

People this is just a result of children having, and trying to raise children.

People see the b***y has ruled mankind for many centuries, but the dress code and public boggles our minds and keeps S|Married people in heat.

People I’m very aware that there different types of people, so I’m not throwing everyone into the same box, for the same person who listens to Babyface isn’t the same person I believe with Freddie Gibbs in the playlist.

The blurred spaces between what adults do and what children do must be re-established.

Children are being exposed to "grown folks stuff", and their minds are not set up to process the images that appear in media.

Adults, especially parents are responsible for protecting children from "grown folks stuff". Once a person becomes 18, and they are emancipated they can expose their eyes and ears to everything that is available.

People, you see I don’t see a lot of difference between what Cardi music pushes and what R. Kelly was doing to the young folks the early 90s.

People, you see I Listen, Groove, Bump play all the times of musics that most wont like, but I’m self aware enough to know that I myself isn’t PERFECT, so I try too leave my imperfections behind, I myself listen to the music,I leave all the nonsense talk in the MUSIC after I hit the STOP button.

People they are far too many broken, damaged and angry folks, in this world. Money is a tool but it can’t and won’t and shouldn’t fix everything.

I refused a long time ago to let a rapper or an entertainer RAISE ME.

No wonder, very recently a family friend encouraged her daughter and son to go out to play, instead of sitting down watching PCD videos.

The children, Adults are responsible for the children. Adults and Parents, step up.

People can be healed with the content above and below, but they can’t be saved. When your able to HEAL your appreciated and loved, but killed and hated if you Save Em.

All money ain’t Good money, so I keep my distance RESPEKFULLY❗
