It’s been a long old winter right?! Here in Portugal too 💨☔

And motivation to get outside can be at an all time low…BUT Spring is coming and we can start counting down to longer, sunnier, warmer days 🥰

So the challenge: To complete a grand total of 250,000 steps throughout the whole of April!!I know that might sound a lot but that works out at an average of just over 8,000 steps per day.

So we're aiming to get ourselves active, get outdoors more, feeling good and improve our overall daily movement with some accountability, group support and a little friendly competition!

In a fun, encouraging, supportive, inclusive environment in the sun, with your family and friends!
