Last day in Portugal 🇵🇹 chilling by the pool, ready to be back in the diff but can I bring the weather with me? 🇵🇹

Day ??? of my gym journey,

I’ve been feeling a lot of anxiety recently which has resulted in me needing to recharge occasionally. It could be because I’ve made some huge steps this year including a holiday next week, upcoming gigs and my first festival along with my PT exams coming up at the end of the month which I’m proud of myself for but I just need to be careful not to overwhelm myself.

I’m still seeing good progress, I just hope the holiday doesn’t set me back too much 👀😂

I’m feeling really good atm! Gym and course is going well, I have lots of plans with friends for 2024 and I’ve even slotted a few streams in where I can!
This is a big step for me and I know there is still a lot of progress to be made but I’m happy with where I am rn 💪🏻

Finally feeling more confident when I'm out and about now and I had a great couple of days filled with activities for 's birthday 🤟🏻🙂

Gym update! Things are going really well, 6 day routine still going strong with a nice mixture of cardio and weights 💪🏻 I've even started walking home from the gym which I never would have thought possible a year ago. Feeling good 😁❤️
