After 20 years of learning bodywork I keep coming to the same conclusion :
Less moves, more Presence.
Never underestimate the power of simplicity.
I feel blessed to keep on this journey of refining the art of listening every day 🙏
Humbly I stay on the eternal apprentice path.

I tell everyone the same thing: you are in pain - let’s get you out of pain. I will do my best to find the right program for you, and your mission is to do it at home, on a regular basis, with consistency. Until we get the changes that we need. I will be with you during the whole process. But ultimately it’s your decision to heal.
It’s a team work. I do my part, and you do yours. Powerful synergy.
Are you willing to be disciplined enough to regain your freedom? Or you prefer to keep complaining, telling the world that nothing works for you ? It’s your choice.

Não tenho muito a acrescentar a estas imagens e palavras ….só aquele sentimento super gratificante de que estou a cumprir a minha missão - mudar a ideia que te foi implantada acerca do teu corpo. Essa ideia baseia-se em crenças limitadoras e condicionamentos. É instituída pelo que chamo de linguagem provocativa e desempoderadora.
Não deixes que ninguém te diga que simplesmente “és assim” ou que “tens de aprender a viver com isso”. Ou que tens de deixar de fazer as coisas que gostas porque o teu corpo não tem capacidade para isso. E acima de tudo, não permitas que digam que é normal viver com dor, e que tens de te habituar a essa ideia. Este tipo de afirmações vêm de um lugar de pura ignorância.

Não te conformes. Não te resignes. Não permitas que te programem para que fiques mais pequeno. O corpo tem um poder de regeneração incrível, quando lhe é dado o estímulo adequado. Está mais do que provado.
Mas tens de estar disposto a fazer a tua parte, como este cliente fabuloso fez e faz 💪
