We are turning up the volume for our upcoming Music Night in Florence, and we want YOU to write the next big Space Weather hit!

🎵 The Challenge:
Take a well-known song and rewrite the lyrics to fit your favorite Space (Weather) theme. The only rule? It has to be actually singable!

🎤 No band? No problem!
If you don't have anyone to play or sing with you, let us know and we will fully support you on stage. The Space Weather Community will vote live during the Music Night!

Special discounted fees are offered for BSc, MSc, and PhD students. To qualify, simply upload proof of university enrolment during registration.

• If you applied for Financial Support, please wait for the outcome of the selection process before registering. Registration fees cannot be reimbursed after payment.
• One-Day Passes are available for a single conference day (Monday–Friday).
• Accompanying Person packages are available for selected social events, including the Welcome Reception, Music Night, and Conference Dinner.

We are excited to announce that the Space Weather Fair will take place throughout the entire ESWW 2026 conference, featuring a dedicated session on Wednesday, 4 November (afternoon/evening).

Whether you are an academic, scientist, service provider, industry representative, or end-user, this is a unique opportunity to network, showcase your activities, and engage with the Space Weather community.

📦 The Space Weather Fair Package (€300.00 + VAT) includes:
• Standard stand (180 × 50 cm)
• 1 table and 2 chairs
• Mandatory insurance
• 1 kW power supply

🔌 Optional add-ons, including extra modules, computer monitors, and custom technical equipment, are available upon request.
