Monte Rosa is looking for new management

At the age of 71, me, Sandra, single owner of this beautiful, but huge, Monte Rosa, guesthouse, I am ready to pass the management to an energetic couple in their fourties ot fifties.

The intention is to divide the guesthouse into a small intentional cohousing project for (semi)permanent living and stay with + a smaller, good quality guestcenter, that will mainly focus on individual health retreats, hiking retreats, small yoga- or writing retreats and retreats on personal development.

Requirements:

-you are willimg and capable to invest in housing at the property and become shareholder in the company.

- You have a good command of Dutch and English, with at least a basic command of Portuguese.

- You are willing to give Monte Rosa a second life and are intrinsically motivated to fully commit to transforming its current situation as guesthouse into a small cohousing project (with good privacy) and a small 'boutique' guest center.

-You support the vision to vibrate a positive worldview and become a safe haven for residents and guests in this chaotic world.

- You can work with WordPress to customize the website and know how to work with MailChimp to attract a new, consciously living target audience through newsletters.

-You are or will become a portuguese resident

-You have your own transport
